Dashboard metrics
The performance overview on your dashboard: conversations, resolution rate, response time, and CSAT across all your agents, for the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.
Where to find it
Open your dashboard. The Performance section shows headline numbers rolled up across every agent in your workspace, so you get the whole picture in one place. For a per-agent breakdown and your most-asked questions, open Analytics instead.
Live numbers are available on Starter Advanced Pro. Free workspaces see sample numbers with an upgrade prompt in place of real data.
Time range
Pick a window of 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Every metric also shows how it changed against the previous, equal-length period, so you can tell at a glance whether things are trending up or down.
Metrics
- Conversations, the number of chat sessions started in the window, shown with a sparkline of daily volume and a trend against the previous period.
- Resolution rate, the share of chats the AI resolved without a human stepping in (no handover or escalation). Higher means your bot is handling more conversations on its own.
- Avg response time, the median gap between a visitor message and your agent's reply, in seconds. Lower is better.
- CSAT Advanced Pro, the average satisfaction rating, from 1 to 5, that visitors leave in the post-chat survey. Only conversations where a visitor left a rating count toward it.
Turning on CSAT ratings
CSAT only fills in once visitors can rate a chat. Turn the survey on per agent in Publish → Setup, under Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), by enabling End-of-conversation rating (a 5-emoji scale shown when a chat wraps up). Until it is on and visitors start leaving ratings, the CSAT tile stays empty.
Email updates banner
If you previously unsubscribed from Dante AI emails, a small banner may appear at the top of your dashboard asking whether you'd like email updates again, things like deploy tips and usage alerts for your AI agent. Choosing Turn on email updates opts you back in with a single click; choosing No thanks dismisses it. The banner shows at most once every 14 days, and you can unsubscribe again at any time from the link in any email we send.
AI agent recap card
On paid plans, a small card may occasionally appear at the top of your dashboard recapping what your AI agent handled recently, for example how many questions it answered in the last 30 days, with a shortcut to your insights. If your AI agent has never answered anything yet, the card offers a hand finishing setup instead. It shows at most once every 14 days and can be dismissed with one click.
