How it works
Lead capture shows a short form inside the chat. Your AI agent decides when to surface it based on the "When to show" instruction you set, and it will also offer the form when a visitor signals they want to be contacted. When the visitor submits, the answers are saved as a lead you can review under Monitor → Leads.
Form fields
- Up to 3 fields. The defaults are Name and Email (both required) and Phone (optional).
- Toggle each field on or off.
- Click a field label to rename it. The input type (text, email, phone, or a multi-line note) is inferred from the name.
- Mark a field required. A required field is always shown, and the visitor cannot submit until every required field is filled.
When to show
Settings → Features → Lead Capture → When to show. Write a plain-language instruction telling the agent when to display the form, for example "Show after the first user message" or "Show on demo, pricing, or booking asks". You can also pick one of the suggested examples to fill the box.
Messages
Three editable strings, each up to 1000 characters: the intro message shown at the top of the form, the success message after the visitor submits, and the dismiss message if they decline. Match the agent's persona.
