The four tiers
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (per month) | Credits / mo | Knowledge cap | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 100 | 150K chars | Trying it out, light internal use |
| Starter | $40 | $33 | 2,000 | 25M chars | Solo founders, early-stage teams |
| Advanced | $120 | $100 | 8,000 | 50M chars | Growing teams, sales plus support |
| Pro | $400 | $333 | 30,000 | 200M chars | Agencies, multi-brand, white-label |
Yearly billing equals monthly times ten. You get two months free for paying up front. On Starter that is $400 a year instead of $480; on Advanced $1,200 instead of $1,440; on Pro $4,000 instead of $4,800.

Add-ons (any paid plan)
Need a single feature without jumping the next tier? Add it on:
- Remove Dante branding ($50 / month). Hides the "Powered by Dante" badge in the widget. Available on Starter. Included on Advanced and Pro at no extra cost.
- Extra AI agent ($20 / month each). Add agents for separate use cases (one for support, one for sales). Each agent gets its own widget key, knowledge index, and inbox.
- Extra credits ($20 / 1,000 credits). Top up when traffic spikes mid-month. No expiry.
Advanced at $120 already includes Human Handover and Remove Dante branding, so neither is bought separately on Advanced or Pro. On Starter, adding Remove Dante branding makes $90 a month.
How to upgrade
Open Plans from the left sidebar, under Account. Pick a tier and a billing interval (monthly or yearly), then click the plan's button to open Stripe checkout. Your new plan and its credits go live once the payment confirms.
On a Free workspace there is also an Upgrade button pinned at the bottom of the left sidebar, on both your dashboard and any agent. It is available any time you are outside the first-agent setup wizard, so you can jump to the Plans page in one click whenever you are ready, right inside the app without opening a new browser tab. The button is hidden only while you are actively setting up your first AI agent, and paid plans see a Manage subscription link there instead.
Wherever you see an upgrade prompt inside the product (a feature that needs a higher tier, a credit warning, a top-up button), it brings you to this Plans page first so you can review the price before anything is charged. Nothing starts checkout except the button on the plan or add-on you choose. Clicking anywhere else on a plan card simply highlights it and moves focus to its button. Credit top-up prompts open the Extra credits add-on window on the same page, where you confirm the quantity before checkout.
Arriving from a locked feature
When you reach the Plans page from something specific, such as inviting a teammate, adding another AI agent, running low on credits, or a feature marked as not on your plan, the page opens on a single card instead of the full comparison. The card says in one line what you pressed and which plan includes it, and its button carries that plan's price, for example Upgrade to Starter · $40/month. The plan named is the cheapest one that actually includes the feature, read from the same catalogue Stripe charges from, so the figure on the button is the figure you pay.
The button starts Stripe checkout for that plan (or, on a paid plan, upgrades you in place with the difference pro-rated). If you would rather compare, the See every plan link under the card reveals the full four-tier comparison below it, with the monthly and yearly switch and the add-ons, and the card stays at the top so your one-click option does not move. Opening Plans from the sidebar, with nothing specific in mind, shows the full comparison straight away as before.
After the first-agent setup wizard, the Customize appearance and Test in Sandbox choices on the "Your AI agent is ready" screen take you straight to the appearance settings and the sandbox. Neither needs a paid plan.
Changed your mind mid-checkout?
No problem. If you use the Back button on the Stripe checkout page, you return to the Plans page with your selection saved. A banner offers to resume checkout for the same plan and billing interval in one click, or you can review what's included before deciding. Nothing is charged unless you complete the payment step on Stripe.
How to downgrade or cancel
Same page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid features until then. Cancelling moves you to Free on next renewal. No data is deleted.
Common pricing questions
The pricing page answers the most common pricing questions in one place: whether there is a free plan, what a credit is, whether each channel costs extra, and whether leads are charged for. It opens on monthly prices, and the Monthly and Yearly switch at the top swaps every plan to its annual rate, so you can compare both before you sign up. Whichever you pick carries through to checkout. The compare page lists every feature plan by plan. For the deeper credit mechanics, see Understanding credits.
