Team management

Invite teammates, assign roles, and share access to your agents.

Roles

Every seat shares the workspace's plan. Members see the workspace's current plan in the sidebar credits box and get the same plan features as the rest of the team; only owners and admins can open the billing pages to change the plan or payment details.

Seat limits per plan

Each member and each pending invitation counts as one seat.

The Free plan includes a single seat, which the owner already takes, so inviting teammates requires upgrading to a paid plan.

Switching between workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, your active workspace appears in the top bar. Click it to open the workspace menu, which lists every workspace you are a member of, with its plan shown next to the name and a check on the one you are currently in. Pick another workspace to switch to it; the app reloads into that workspace's agents and data.

The menu opens for any member of more than one workspace, not just owners and admins, so everyone can move between the workspaces they belong to. The Invite teammates entry at the bottom of the menu still appears only for owners and admins.

Inviting teammates

Only owners and admins can invite. Click the Invite teammates button in the top bar (also available from the workspace menu next to your workspace name). Enter the teammate's email, pick a role (Member or Admin), and send. The invitee receives an email with a link that is valid for 7 days.

The invite window shows your usage as "X of Y seats used". Pending invitations are listed there too, and you can cancel any that have not been accepted yet. If you are already at your seat limit, the app prompts you to upgrade for more seats.

Accepting an invitation

The invitee opens the link in the email and signs in, or signs up with the same email address, to join the workspace. If they signed in another way first, any waiting invitations also appear as a banner on their dashboard, where they can accept in one click. The account's email address must match the address the invite was sent to.

Managing members

Owners and admins manage the workspace from the same Team panel used for invites (the Invite teammates button in the top bar). Everyone in the workspace is listed under Members, and any unaccepted invites sit under Pending invitations.

The owner and your own account are protected: their role cannot be changed and they cannot be removed. Ownership moves by transferring it, not by editing a role.
