How to add members to your team

To add team members, follow these steps:

1. Click Add member.

2. Enter the team member's email address and select which AI chatbot(s) you want the new member to access. You can choose to grant access to all AI chatbots or specific ones.

3. To ensure the team member has access to all current and future AI chatbots, tick the checkbox Add future chatbots. This automatically selects every existing and new chatbot for the team member.

4. Enter the number of credits allocated to the team member. Note that these credits will renew every month.

There are four default roles:

1. Manager: Has access to all editing permissions.
2. Viewer: Can only view the chatbot/s they've been assigned to.
3. Editor: Has access to editing and refining chatbot’s content.
4. Analyst: Can access and review chatbot insights for deeper analysis.

If these roles do not suit your needs, you can create a custom role. Custom roles allow you to name the role and set specific permissions. Learn more about creating custom roles.

5. Click Confirm to invite the new team member.

Team members will then receive an invitation via email asking them to join a team at Dante AI.

If the team members do not already have a Dante AI account, an account will be automatically created for them with a temporary password. The team members will need to click Accept Invitation in the email to proceed, then enter the temporary password provided and change it to a new one.

If the team members already have an account, they will receive an email asking them to join the new team. The team members will need to click Accept Invitation and log in as usual.

Once an account is set up, the team member will be taken to their personal workspace. To access the AI chatbots, they must switch to team mode. For detailed instructions, read How to switch between team mode and user mode.

You can keep track of whether team members have accepted your invitation. Team members who have not yet accepted will show as Pending next to their name.
