You can choose to have your live agent available at all times or specify a schedule for their availability.
- To set the schedule, ensure the Live Agent Takeover feature is toggled on.

- If your live agent will always be on, click always available under Availability. You can also select availability during Office hours or Custom availability to your preferences.

- If your live agent will be available at specific times, define the time frames during which the live agent takeover is active.

The times provided here are in the timezone of the user who is setting this up.
