Deleting existing content from your AI chatbot’s memory

If some of the content in your chatbot’s memory is no longer relevant, delete it to maintain accuracy. There are a number of ways to do this, depending on how many files or URLs you want to remove.

How to delete single files or URLs

Click the delete icon next to the piece of content you want to remove.

Deleting all files or URLs

To select all files, click on the tick-box next to the File name. Then, click the delete icon.

Deleting multiple files or URLs

Select individual tick boxes next to the specific files or URLs you want to delete, then click the delete icon

A screen will pop up asking if you want to remove the selected content. Click Delete.
