How to export unanswered questions

Dante AI’s unanswered question recognition will automatically detect whenever a question has not been answered on your AI chatbot. You do not need to do anything to set this up. By reviewing the unanswered questions, you can gain valuable insights to optimize your AI chatbot for the highest possible quality of responses and ensure that no questions are left unanswered in future interactions.

To export the unanswered questions, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Chat Records button and select the relevant AI chatbot. Choose the period for the unanswered questions you want to export.

2. Click Export and select Unanswered Questions. This can be exported as a CSV or TXT file.
