How to edit, manage and remove team members

Keeping the team settings up-to-date is crucial for maintaining a streamlined workflow. As a team owner, knowing how to edit, manage, and remove team members ensures everyone has the appropriate access and permissions. This section will guide you through updating team member access to AI chatbots, adjusting roles and permissions, deleting team members, and resetting their credits.

The Team Management feature is currently available on all paid tiers:

Entry: Purchase seats via the add-on option.
Premium: 3 free seats
Ultra: 5 free seats

If you need to add more team members, you can purchase an add-on to increase the number of seats.

How to edit your team member’s access, credits, and role

To edit the team member’s AI chatbot access, credits, and role, follow these steps:

1. Scroll right to Actions and click the edit icon.

2. To change which AI chatbot the team member has access to, click the drop-down arrow and select the relevant AI chatbot(s). You can also select Add future chatbots if you want the team member to automatically access all future AI chatbots you create. 
   
   Update the number of credits you want to allocate to the team member and amend the role as needed.

3. Click Confirm to apply the changes.

How to reset your team member’s credits

You can reset your team member’s credits if they have used up their allocated credits before the end of the month. 

1. To reset the credits, click the reset icon next to the relevant team member.

2. A pop-up box will appear. Click Reset.

How to delete a team member

If a team member no longer needs access to your AI chatbots, you may remove them. 

1. To delete a team member, click the delete icon next to the team member you want to remove.

2. A pop-up box will appear. Click Remove.
