The Settings tab allows you to customize various aspects of your live agent experience. Here, you can:

  • Adjust notification settings to control alerts and their delivery.
  • Update your name and avatar.
  • Add and amend categories for better organization of conversations.

Adjust notification settings

Select whether you wish to receive notifications via email, push notifications or both. If push notifications are selected, you will receive instant alerts when a particular action is carried out.

Update your name and avatar

To change the name, type your new name in the box and click Save

To upload an avatar, click on the circle and select an image from your computer. The image must be at least 200×200 pixels wide and in PNG or JPG format.

Adding and amending categories

By default, Dante AI’s  Live Agent Dashboard has four categories but you can add or amend these to suit your needs.

  1. To add a new category, click Add category.
  1. A box will pop up. Type the Category Name, Category Description and assign a color. Click Confirm.
  1. To amend a category, click the amend icon next to the category’s name.
  1. A box will pop up. Type the new Category Name, Category Description or change the Label Color. Click Confirm.
