Step 1: Create an AI voice agent

Learn how to create and configure your AI voice agent in Dante AI, from selecting a chatbot and phone number to setting up voice settings, greetings, and personality prompts.

AI Voice Agents
  1. Access the AI voice Dashboard

      - Log into your Dante AI account.

      - Click AI Voice Agents in the sidebar.

      - Click Create AI Voice Agent.

     2. Fill in Basic Voice Settings

      - AI Voice Agent Name – Choose a name like “Support Voice”.

         Click Next.

      - Memoery of AI Voice Agent – Select the AI chatbot this voice will connect to.

          Click Next.

       - AI Voice – Select your AI voice mode.

          Click Next.

       - Initial Greeting Message – Set your AI voice agent's initial greeting message.

         What callers hear when the call starts (e.g., “Hi, how can I assist you today?”).

         Click Next.

       - Conversation Style Instructions – Set your AI voice agent's conversation style.

         Define tone, style, and behavior (e.g., friendly, efficient, warm).

         Click Create to activate your AI Voice.

      3. Set-up a phone number for your AI voice agent.

             Get a free phone number directly via Dante AI

       Click Buy Number and proceed to checkout.

If this is your first number, it will be free, simply complete the $0.00 checkout to activate it.

       Or you can connect a Twilio number (optional – read the separate guide here).

A phone number can only be linked to one AI voice at a time.
