Track how users interact with your AI voice:
- In the AI voice dashboard, select an AI voice and click Insights.
- View details like call start/end times, duration, and full transcripts.
- Enable Live Conversation Recording to monitor ongoing calls in real-time (applies only to active calls, not past ones).
